The Kitsuki is good. It's an auto-dishonor against Dishonor and Honor decks because their peeps sit at home. And it's just very nice against military decks because he may not want to attack you this turn. And it can still be very reliable against some military decks that use some sit-at-home support like Susumu or Fosuta, to prepare for an Imperial Adjudication for example (or a Peaceful Discourse) !  The Mirumoto seems only interesting with LSC... But it's nice +3PS early ! |

With the anti boxable meta going around now like candy, I agree that this is nice for the 1st couple of turns till your peeps show up...

Suiha is another personality for the Mag deck, and even more hate in the honor-honor matchup. He should be solid, and he'll see a good amount of play. He just becomes really terrible against military, only working if you've got some bow to go with it, or if the military deck really has a guy he doesn't want to send in for some reason.
Meisetsu is cheap for LSC and other things that want a first-turn drop, and can potentially get huge if you play something with enough uniques in it. (I would have liked to see him in my Kensai deck last arc, which ran at least 15 or so unique people/holdings/weapons.) But base 0F is bad and he is boxable. I'd tenatively say he's not going to see a ton of play, but we'll have to wait and see.

Both seem to have very limited play. The Kitsuki is meh against military, although he´s good against other honor decks. The boxable ... well, he´s a needed 4 gold Personality, although to be honest, the seppuku guy looks way better than him.
On our Personalities, making a short briefing, we have got a very nice monk and a nice Unique. Considering what´s in there this set and the state of our decks, i doubt we will go up. But let´s wait, perhaps the new honor deck can finally make it.

May be a bit tricky to plays around it, but the Mirumoto has the potential to bring a nice amount of Force for as cheap as 2 Gold.
Rings are Unique cards.
There are a lot of nice unique attachments.
We've got nice unique peeps.
And some unique holdings, regions can see play in our decks.

I had completely forgotten that Rings are unique now thanks to the change in the Unique rule. Meisetsu can indeed get huge, his use will depend on the value of a huge blank guy who gets hit by all boxable meta.

Really not impressed by the Kitsuki.
Dead against most military. I suppose you could argue that he can be bowed to the new SH, but I would far rather have had a personality that was broadly useful.
Most of all, his ability just rubs me the wrong way.
Will have to think about Meisetsu. Again, no actual Battle ability, and my Fate hand looks rather thin after the first couple of battles/attacks. OTOH, he is only 4 G.

Hi, I had the same problem just 1 minute ago. Then I left internet explorer to use firefox, and ... It works !  I'll post the text of one of them, just in case. Kitsuki Suiha 3F 4C HR5 - GC7 - HP3 Dragon clan . samurai . magistrate . poet Open : if this is not your turn, target one of the active player's personalities with lower personal honor than Suiha's Chi. Before the next dynasty phase begins, if the personality was never in an attacking army this turn, dishonor him. My humble opinion about him : if he his in play, my only hope would be to have 3 Peacefull discource in hand to consecutively rehonor and dishonor (potentially) a guy each turn. ATM, I don't know if it would be usefull at all, but he may auto-dishonor personalities unable to attack (like bowed ones for example), and without the cost of bowing himself ... maybe that's worth considering. |
